About me

I'm a marriage and family therapist who has been working with children, families, couples, and individuals for the more than ten years. I have worked in residential treatment settings specializing in high risk youth and their families, as well as working as a supervisor for ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. I have extensive experience with trauma work, marital conflict, and family systems. I work with families, couples, and individuals in a private practice setting to provide support in person of via telahealth based on client's need.

I use a variety of therapeutic modalities in my work including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and more client centered approaches.  I believe working from a client-centered orientation so we can create a clear treatment plan and achievable goals together for long lasting success.

I received my degree in psychology from Sonoma State University followed by my Masters degree from Alliant Internaitionl university. Since getting licensed I have work in both community settings and in private practice. I have been a resident of San Diego the vast majority of my life and enjoy being part of the community and spending time outdoors.
